1.How long does it take to get a PCB quote?
In almost all circumstances we will quote within one day of receiving the enquiry, and usually we would expect to reply within 1 hour.

2.When does the turn-time begin?
Due to the complexity of how to determine the turn time of PCB fabrication, our policy is that turn-time begins immediately after your Gerber files and all other necessary files being received, reviewed by us and re-approved by your side; your payment is received. When all these reviews and approvals are done, we will start fabrication immediately.
3.Why do I need to panelize my boards?
Panelization is needed when your PCB dimension is smaller than 50mmx100mm, or when your PCB is of any shapes (circular, or odd shape) other than rectangle, your boards must be panelized in an array for fabrication. You can pre-panelize at your side, or we can also panelize for you. In the latter case, we will send the panelization file back to you for your approval before fabrication begins. Panelization is a MUST if your PCBs will use surface mounting machines for assembly.
We can sign and stamp in your NDA document firstly before your sending files.
5.What information to I need to give you to get a PCB assembly quote?
For PCB assembly ideally we would like:
Ideally you will supply us with a complete set of Gerber Files (Usually in RS274X Format) and an Excellon Drill File. In addition a profile drawing containing critical dimensions and any special features and materials used would be perfect. In the real world this rarely happens and we can accommodate just about any presentation of data you have. In addition we need to know the quantity of circuits you require and any particular Lead-Times we need to consider.
A.Itemised Bill Of materials including Manufacturers Part Number or Catalogue Cross Reference to enable us to accurately select the correct component for your requirements.
B.Component Placement File if available (Component Centres and Orientation)
E.Any other special information (i.e. test specification, special finishes, packaging requirements, delivery schedules etc.)
6.What are your Payment Terms?
Generally Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay.
For new customers we expect first order to be paid in full on placement of order. This allows to us begin the process of Credit Checks and Account Opening.
